Site Landscape Development was founded in 2007 in Lewisville, Texas by landscape architect Kirk Boyd with a clear goal: to raise the bar for how commercial landscaping is delivered and experienced. From the very beginning, the focus was not just on the work itself, but on building a company that values people, accountability, and long-term success.
Since then, SLD has grown into a full-service commercial landscaping partner serving major markets throughout the DFW area. With a team of more than 300 professionals, we support complex commercial properties through reliable execution, disciplined processes, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Our Team
Kirk Boyd brought years of corporate landscape experience to the table and built the company around a clear vision. Recognizing how inefficiencies, poor communication, and misaligned priorities negatively affected both clients and employees, he set out in 2007 to create a company that did things differently; prioritizing accountability, strong relationships, and a work environment where teams could take pride in their work. SLD quickly grew through referrals and long-term client relationships.
In 2016, SLD opened its Fort Worth branch, expanding across the DFW market. The company continues to grow deliberately, maintaining service quality and operational efficiency as new locations are added.
Today, SLD is led by President Andrew Craft, who continues to guide the company’s growth while staying true to its founding principles. Andrew remains actively involved in daily operations, maintaining close connections with clients, teams, and projects to ensure The Site Way is consistently delivered.
